Tom
I had 3 nights in St Ives, spending the time here lovely. The breakfast was warm, the room was exceptionally clean with the strangest layout bathroom. The staff was accommodating which made me feel welcome. It was in the central location close to bus stop. Besides, St James was 3 km away from the venue.
-
Fred
The food was excellent - a great selection of options. Marvellous central location just off the centre of the pretty market town of st ives, the center of St Ives, and the restaurant at dinner.
The bathroom was a bit tired.

Billy
Excellent overall experience. Clean accommodation, incredibly nice and accommodating staff. Plenty of options, astonishing food. The classic double room with excellent bathroom, three fans, as for instance. Incredible location close to the centre of the pretty market town of st ives, the alley way and restaurants. Again, walking distance to Holt Island Nature Reserve.

Alison
The classic queen room is new-fashioned with a good bed and good shower plus space for the dog as well. This place is in a marvellous and lovely location next to the alley way.
-
Valerie
Immaculately clean and huge units with a bath, space for the dog as well plus the bedroom. The great and lovely location for the price, right by a bustling market town and the centre and the local parking. Again, not far from All Saints Parish Church.
-
Andrew
The location of this pleasant and attractive hotel was wonderful, close to bus stop. Again, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Holt Island Nature Reserve.
-
Colin
The breakfast was generous with vegan black pudding, and the staff was amiable.
-
Mary
It was fairly clean, everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating. That hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location, really close to the river. Moreover, it was 1 km from Burgess Hall.
-
Paul
The property was clean and staff was pleasant and exceptional. Everything was excellent, yet a few employees were particularly busy. The breakfast was hot and savoury. This accommodation had a central setting really close to the river. Found time to see Burgess Hall, that's at a medium distance from the property.

David
Loved reasonably large classic double room with the strangest layout bathroom, felt like we where home. The location was good, next to the alley way with easy access to a market and various stores.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very good.
-
James
The hotel is wonderful old and perfectly clean with savoury food and especially helpful staff. Unbeatable and magnificent location, it's set close to a well designed establishment, the centre and the local parking, and the center. Every time we stay in St. Ives, like to stay here.

David
Neat and new-fashioned room with a work desk, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel for a few nights and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is simply unbeatable as it is right in the center of town and next to a pub. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The only minor issue I had was that the staff could do with a customer service refresher course.

I was given an immaculate room with three fans, good shower plus huge bath. The food was delicious and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The service was excellent, including the nice onsite restaurant.
